Lomography Daguerreotype Achromat 64mm f/2.9 Lens
Bringing back to life the world's first photographic optic lens from 1839, the Daguerreotype Achromat 64mm f/2.9 Art Lens from Lomography is based on the original design from Daguerre and Chevalier. Compatible with Canon EF camera bodies, it offers creative freedom for photographers and videographers alike and has been optimized to work with modern digital and analogue cameras.
It's fitted with a unique Waterhouse Aperture system that replaces the standard iris with individual aperture plates. In addition, you can slot in any one of the included Lumière and Aquarelle aperture plates to create instantly recognizable and elegant images, layering beautiful backdrops with textured, painterly bokeh. The lens can switch between shooting dreamy, soft-focus images at f/2.9 or crisp and sharp shots from f/5.6 onwards.
